Prior to co-founding Onward Healthcare, he was the director of product management and director of client engineering for Pinnacor, Inc. (formerly Screaming Media, Inc.).
Mr. Clark served as a Captain, Field Artillery, in the U.S. Army and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. from St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY.
